Sponsorship opportunities at BabyExpo MK - the premium parenting event and baby show

There are many options for companies wishing to become a BabyExpo Baby Show Sponsor. See the list below or contact us to discuss other options. Please note priority for sponsorship options is awarded primarily to exhibitors and event supporters. All sponsors benefit from a high-profile feature on the Sponsors and Supporters page.

• Headline Sponsorship - branding and maximum exposure online, complimentary exhibit space, complimentary demo slots, features within national press releases and newsletters, branding on printed materials and much more. ALL NOW TAKEN!
• VIP Privilege Shoppers Entrance passes - Privilege Shoppers will get a special badge featuring both sponsors and show logo exclusively. Price £300* Sold out in 2011 so don’t delay!
• Baby Changing Area - Exclusive sponsorship of baby changing area, to include: the branding of area with logo/company name (sponsor to provide signage), distribution points for company marketing material, additional mention within ‘Show Guide’, company logo on floorplan alongside baby changing area location, company logo on directional signage. Price £500* Sold out in 2011 so don’t delay!
• Stage - £500 - NOW TAKEN
• Visitor Online Pre-registration Facility – All Privilege shoppers and pre-registered visitors (over 3,000 in 2011) will receive an email featuring confirmation of the booking and details for the day. Sponsor this facility and include your company name, logo and a 15 word statement i.e. ‘Visit the natural mummy stand 192 - for all your natural parenting needs! ‘Price £300* Sold out in 2011 so don’t delay!
• Breast-Feeding Area - Exclusive sponsorship of breast-feeding room, to include: The branding of area with logo/company name (sponsor to provide signage), Distribution points for company marketing material, Additional mention within ‘Show Guide’, Company logo on floorplan alongside breast feeding room location, Company logo on directional signage, thecentre:mk have created a bespoke, pleasant environment where nursing mothers can be at ease and your brand message transmitted. Price £500* Sold out in 2011 so don’t delay!
• Goodie bags – 500 VIP Shopper visitors will receive a ‘goodie bag’ - these will be distributed to the ‘Privilege Shoppers’ on the opening day of the show. Bag to feature both the sponsor’s logo and/or show logo exclusively. Sponsor’s company information / product samples etc will also be distributed within Price £550* Sold out in 2011 so don’t delay!
• Show Guide/Parent's Resource Guide - The 'Show Guide/ Parent's Resource Guide' will be given out free on the day and distributed post-show to local libraries, nurseries, baby groups etc and by email to visitors and exhibitors. Sponsorship includes your branding throughout and a feature on the sponsor’s page of the website. Price £550* - Sold out in 2011 so don’t delay!
• Helium balloons - visiting children and babies will each be given a balloon featuring both company and show logo exclusively Price £700*
• Banners/signage - in high profile locations within the exhibition hall areas featuring company name/logo, stand numbers etc Price from £250* subject to size and location
